Penguin Capital is pleased to partner with Amberjack Capital in their acquisition of PMV Automation from Flowserve

Amberjack Capital Partners, a Houston-based private equity firm focused on critical infrastructure services has completed the acquisition of PMV Automation from Flowserve Corporation. Amberjack made the investment in partnership with industry veterans Joseph Jobe and Micah Floyd, who will lead the company post-closing. Penguin Capital participated as a co-investor in this deal.
